Mrs. Anna Lee (Vanzant) Jones, 65, passed away Monday, November 7, 2016, at the Baptist Health Care in Corbin, KY., with family by her side. Mrs. Jones was born on November 19, 1950, in Orlando, KY., to the late William Thomas and Ella (Mink) Vanzant. On Feburary 14, 1998, she was united in Holy Matrimony to William M. Jones. She worked for Lighthouse Home Products and enjoyed flowers, crafts and cats.
Those left to celebrate her life are her husband of 18 years William M. Jones; her brothers Clinton E. (Kay) Vanzant of Berea, KY., Quinton (Myrtle) Vanzant of Mt. Healthy, OH., Roger Dale (Janice) Vanzant of Mt. Vernon, KY., and Clarence Wayne (Irene Graves) Vanzant of Orlando, KY; as well as a host of friends and neighbors.
Besides her parents, Mrs. Jones was predeceased by her sisters Naomi Odessa Allen & infant Oneida Faye Vanzant.
Funeral service for Mrs. Anna Lee (Vanzant) Jones will be held Wednesday, November 9th at 1pm with a visitation beginning at 10am at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Tommy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at the Vanzant Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Dwayne Goforth, John Bustle, Eddie Gabbard and Michael Smith.
