Bethanie Bretz, 44, of Brodhead, daughter of James and Kathleen, passed away Tuesday, January 31st, 2017 at the Richmond Compassionate Care with family by her side.
Ms. Bretz was born on November 25th, 1972 in Carlilise, KY., to James and Kathleen (Lessard) Bretz. She was a member of the Ottawa Baptist Church who loved gospel music. She also enjoyed bowling and building model trains.
Those left to celebrate her life are: her parents James and Kathleen Bretz of Brodhed, KY.; her brothers Justin Bretz of Lexington, KY., Louis (Linda) Bretz of McKee, KY., and James Bretz Jr. of Brodhead, KY.; her sister Michele Bretz of Providence, KY.; her paternal grandmother Lula Baldwin of McKee, KY.; her nieces Amber Bretz, Brittany Fergerson, Ann Elizabeth Ellis and a very special niece, Kalissa Bretz; her nephews David Bretz and Jacob Fergerson; as well as many friends and neighbors.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 3rd, 2017 at the Flat Rock Baptist Church in Orlando, KY., at 11am with Bros. Larry Burton & Jim Craig officiating.
