Caitlyn Grace Wilson

Caitlyn Grace Wilson, 11, daughter of James & Alicia, passed away Friday, April 7th, 2017 at the U.K. Hospital. She was born on September 30th, 2005 to James & Alicia Wilson in Stanford, KY. Caitlin enjoyed animals of all kind, time outside, attending church, soccer, playing with her friends and spending time with her brother and sisters and family. She was a member of the Beta club and involved in the school choir.

Those left to celebrate her life are: her parents James Anthony & Alicia Ann (Shears) Wilson of Paint Lick, KY.; her brothers James Nicholas Wilson of Crab Orchard, KY., James Christopher Wilson of Paint Lick, KY.; her sisters Cassie Lynn Wilson and Ashley Hope Wilson both of Paint Lick, KY.; her maternal grandparents Judy (Ralph Mayes) Morgan of Paint Lick, KY. & Ike Shears of OH.; her paternal grandfather Earl Wilson of Crab Orchard, KY.; her maternal uncles James Shears of Paint Lick, KY. and Danny (Tonya) Middleton of Richmond, KY.; her paternal uncles Bobby (Kasey) Wilson of Danville, KY. and John (Barbara) Wilson of Stanford, KY.; her aunts Angela (Dale) Carpenter of Brodhead, KY.; as well as many friends and family.

Caitlyn was preceded in death by her grandmother Shirley Wilson and her uncle Earl Dewayne Wilson.

Visitation for Caitlyn will be held from 6-9pm on Monday, April 10th, 2017 at the Valley Baptist Church in Cartersville.

Funeral services will be conducted 12pm on Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 at the church with Bros. Tony Shelton & Matthew Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Family Cemetery.

Donations may be made in memory of Caitlyn to the funeral home for the burial fund.
