Donald Ray Newcomb

Mr. Donald Ray Newcomb age 61, of Mt. Vernon departed this life Sunday, December 25, 2016 at the Golden Living –Harmon Heights in Stanford KY.

Mr. Donald Newcomb entered into this life   August 11, 1955 in Livingston, KY.  the son of the late Robert  E. and Norma Whitt Newcomb. Donald enjoyed fishing, gardening, and going to church. He was a member of the Higher Praise Ministries in East Bernstadt KY.

Thoes left to celebrate his life ar his children: Donald Ray Newcomb, Jr.(Jennifer McLemore) of Mt. Vernon, KY;  Rebecca  (Rodney) Moberley of Lancaster, KY; his grandchildren: Preslee Mobley, Alexis Dooley and Lyndsay Rae Newcomb; his brothers: Farley (Teresa) Newcomb of Livingston, KY; and Robert Earl (Pam) Newcomb of Hazel Patch, KY.;  his sisters: Roberta (Gary) McGuire of Mt. Vernon, KY; Sharon (Donnie) Eversole of Mt. Vernon, KY; ande Phyllis (Jim) Lambdin of Mt. Vernon, KY;  as well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Newcomb.

Visitation for Mr. Donald Ray Newcomb will be Tues. December 27, 2016 from 5-8PM and also Wed. December 28, 2016 11AM until the funeral service at 12Noon Higher Praise Ministries Church in East Bernstadt, Ky. @ 2301 KY. Rt. 490 East Bernstadt KY. with Bro. Chris Davidson officiating; burial will follow in the Whitt Cemetry in Swiss Colony (Laurel County) KY.
