Mrs. Hazel Janet Brock, age 89, of Brodhead KY. departed this life Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon KY.
Hazel entered this life on April 20, 1926 in Rockcastle County, a daughter of the late John and Mary Cress Napier. She was a homemaker who loved caring for her family. She was a member of Church of God and found great joy in quilting, crocheting, canning, and gardening and loved cooking.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Freddie (Glenda) Woodall of Crab Orchard KY.; Otto (Mable) Woodall of Hodgenville, KY. and Janet Brock of Brodhead, KY.; her grandchildren: Debbie Dotson & Patricia Woodall; her great grandchildren: Ciera Morris & Rachel Hoppes. As well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Marion Otto Woodall and Elmer Brock, her grandson, David Woodall; three brothers and six sisters.
Private Services for Mrs. Hazel Brock were held Friday, August 21st, 2015 @ 1PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Chaplain Jacob Harding officiating. Burial followed in Ephesus Cemetery.
