Mr. Kenneth Lee Gadd, age 51, of Mt. Vernon, KY., passed away Friday October 7th, 2016, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Kenneth was born in Berea, KY., on August 24th, 1965 to Billy Ray Sr. and Mary Lee (Cotton) Gadd. He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed Harley Davidson bikes, working and spending time with his grandchildren. Most of all, Kenneth loved his family.
Those left to celebrate Kenneth’s life are his mother, Mary Lee Cotton; children, Jamie (Brittany) Howard of Mt. Vernon, KY., Sasha (Gus) McHone of Mt. Vernon, KY., Shawn (Cami) McHone of Brodhead, KY., and Zachary (Ariel) Gadd of Mt. Vernon, KY.; nine grandchildren; a brother, Billy Ray (Melanie) Gadd of Climax, KY.; and a host of friends and neighbors.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father Billy Ray Gadd Sr.
Visitation for Mr. Kenneth Gadd will be held Sunday October 9th, 2016 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. The funeral service will be conducted Monday October 10th, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Clyde Coffey officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery.
Casketbearers are Shawn McHone, Jamie Howard, Zachary Gadd, Brandon Tyree, Gus Scalf and Jeremy Howard.
