Mr. Kenneth E. Smith, Jr., age 58, of Stanford, KY (previously of Crab Orchard, KY) passed away on March 9th, 2012 in Lincoln County.
Kenny was born on May 11th 1953 in Stanford, KY to the late Kenneth Smith and Pauline Harris Smith. He worked as a maintenance man at Novelis Recycling in Berea, KY for many years. His interests included: motorcycles, horses and working. He was a member of Valley Baptist Church in Cartersville, KY.
Kenny is survived by: his five children: Ken Smith (Suzy) of Brodhead, KY, Crystal Smith of Crab Orchard, KY, Jacob Smith of Midlothian, TX, Kalieb Smith of Crab Orchard, KY and Aaron Smith of Crab Orchard, KY; three grandchildren: Samantha Lynn Bullins, Leah Smith-Rowe and Jordan Lee Rowe; two brothers: Ronnie Smith of Brodhead, KY and Randy Smith of Crab Orchard, KY; one sister: Sherry Stevenson of Stanford, KY and a host of friends and neighbors.
Besides his parents, Kenny is preceded in death by one brother, Bill Smith.
The visitation for Mr. Kenneth E. Smith, Jr. will be Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 from 1 PM - 3 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals chapel.
A memorial service will be held for Mr. Kenneth E. Smith on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 at 3 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals chapel with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating.
