Mr. Lawrence R. Price, age 61, of Brodhead, passed away Thurs. September 17, 2015 at his residence.
He was born March 25, 1954 in Sand Springs, Ky., a son of the late Cossie Price and Bernice Morris Price Cromer. He was a farmer, whose hobbies and interest include stone masonry, mechanics, welding and carpentering. On April 19, 1993 he was united in marriage to Orlena “Kat” Northern. They enjoyed twenty-two years together.
He is survived by his wife, Kat Price of Brodhead, Ky; his brother: Phillip (Judy) Price of Crab Orchard, Ky; his sister: Anita Marie (Jerry) Brown of Crab Orchard, Ky; as well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Lou Price and a brother, Elmo Price.
Visitation for Mr. Lawrence Price will be Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015 from 10AM-2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015 at 2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, with Bro. Marvin Cromer officiating. Burial will follow in Ottawa Cemetery.
