Mrs. Patricia Ann Doan, 71 of Brodhead, KY., departed this life Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at her residence with family by her side.
Patricia Ann entered into this life September, 26, 1945 in Bell County, KY., the daughter of the late Vernon and Grace Greene. She found great joy in gardening, flowers, working crossword puzzles, trivia and volunteering for Church Mission’s. On April 10th, 1964 she was united in marriage to Larry J. Doan and from that union came two children: Lisa Ann and Rob.
Those left to celebrate her life are her husband of 53 years, Larry J. Doan of Brodhead; her children: Rob Doan of West Chester, Ohio and Lisa Ann Doan of Brodhead, KY. Her brothers: Lester (Pauline) Greene of Pineville, KY; Wayne Greene and Roger Greene of Tennessee; and Clarence Greene of Mansfield, Ohio. Her sister: Georgie Johnson of Pineville, KY; as well a host of nieces & nephews, friends & neighbors.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters: Mae Hensley, Jean Saylor, Joyce Saylor and Fay Stewart; brother: Conley Greene.
A memorial service for Mrs. Patricia Ann Doan will be held at 11AM on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
