Shirley Evelyn Faye (Bustle) McQueen, age 65, passed away Sunday, December 18th, 2016, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Mrs. McQueen was born on January 13th, 1951, to the late Luther Walkee and Zeldia Ellen (Niceley) Bustle in Rockcastle County, KY. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her Roses.
Those left to celebrate her life are: her son Earl Dwayne Goforth of Mt. Vernon, KY.; step-sons Robby (Tammy) McQueen and Micheal (Terri) McQueen; Step-grandchildren John and Laura McQueen, Luke and Levi McQueen; brothers Luther Bustle and Virgil Bustle, both of Mt. Vernon, KY.; Lawrence (Shirley) Bustle of Livingston, KY., and Robert (Barbara) Bustle of Mt. Vernon, KY.; sister Sally Carpenter Trap of Mt. Vernon, KY.; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
Besides her parents, Mrs. McQueen was preceded in death by: her husband Robert McQueen; her brother John William Bustle; and her sisters Lela May Bustle and Sylvia Bustle.
Visitation for Mrs. Shirley McQueen will be held on Friday, December 23rd, 2016 from 10am – 12pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday at 12pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Ball Cemetery in London, KY.
