Vernon Lee Baldwin

Mr. Vernon Lee Baldwin, age 71, of Crab Orchard, KY., departed this life on June 24, 2016 at the Compassionate Care Facility in Richmond, KY.

Vernon entered this life September 14, 1944 in Crab Orchard, KY., the son of the late Eldon and Doris Baldwin. Vernon served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. By trade he was a truck driver, electrician, plumber and an overall great handyman. Vernon was also a member of the Crab Orchard Church of Christ. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, operating a CB Radio and fishing.

Those left to celebrate his life are his children: Chris (Kim) Baldwin of Liberty, KY., Anitha Orcutt of MT. Sterling, KY., Brett (Amanda) Baldwin of Charleston, SC. and Bart (Monica) Baldwin of Crab Orchard, KY.; grandchildren:, Corie, Colbie, Seth, Lane, Laci, Blake and Ariel Baldwin, Daniel Calvert and Alex Orcutt; brothers: Dean (Marilyn) Baldwin and Regal (Diane) Baldwin of Brodhead, KY.; and a sister: Melinda Caldwell of Berea, KY.; as well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides his parents Vernon was preceded in death by his wife Brenda (Wilson) Baldwin.

Graveside service for Mr. Vernon Lee Baldwin will be held Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Crab Orchard Cemetery.
