Terry "Bo" Childress

Mr. Terry (Bo) Childress age 63, of Mt Vernon, passed away April 12th, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Ky. Terry was born on December 27 , 1960, in Mt Vernon, Kentucky to Jesse and Rissie (Hansel) Childress. On October 30th, 2017, he married Nannie (Cotton) Childress, and they enjoyed 14 years together.

Those left to celebrate his life are his wife: Nannie (Cotton) Childress. His children: Jamie Bryant of Mt Vernon, Justin Childress of Mt Vernon. Grandchildren; Ryleigh, Kayden, Jameson, Liam, and Terry. Brothers; Benny Childress (Judy) of Mt Vernon, Danny Childress (Connie) of Brodhead, Jerry Childress (Rhonda) of Brodhead, Donnie Childress of Brodhead, Kenny Childress of Mt Vernon, Jesse Childress of Mt Vernon, One sister: Kaye (Terry) Neal of Mt Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Jesse and Rissie Childress, One brother; Ricky Childress. Two infant twins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 16th, at 6-9pm at Marvin Owens Chapel. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 17th, 2024, at 1pm at Marvin Owens Chapel with Bro. Jason Medley officiating. Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery.
