Billy Scott York

Mr. Billy Scott York, age 55 of Brodhead, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 at his residence.

Billy was born April 30, 1964 to the late John Holly York, and the late Nannie Elizabeth (Day) York. He was a retired fork lift operator and office manager for Sears, was of the Baptist Faith, and enjoyed fishing. 

Those left to celebrate his life are two brothers:  David York and Terry York, both of Brodhead, KY; and one sister:  Darlene (John) Coffey of Brodhead, KY.

Besides his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wife:  Mary York, and four brothers:  Johnny Wayne “Fuzz” York, Elmer Douglas York, Richard Dean “Red” York, and Timmy Lee York.

Services for Billy Scott York will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.  Visitation will be 12-1 pm followed by the funeral at 1 pm, with Bro. Gary Parker officiating.  Burial will follow at Adams Cemetery in Brodhead, KY.
