Charlotte DeAnn (Robbins) Carrera

Mrs. Charlotte DeAnn (Robbins) Carrera, age 71 of Brodhead, passed away Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. She was born on March 4th, 1946 to the late DeAlva & Vivian (Albright) Robbins. She attended Brodhead Baptist Church, and she enjoyed traveling, sewing, bowling, golfing, reading, watching sports of all type and she loved her QVC shopping.

Those left to celebrate her life are: her children, Andrew (Dana) Carrera of Mt. Vernon, KY. & Stephan (Ashlie) Carrera of Brodhead, KY.; her grandchildren, Tanner Carrera, Sydney Carrera, Carson Carrera, Arden Carrera, Ashton Carrera and Hayden Philbeck; her lifelong friend, Geraldine Cash; as well as a host of friends and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant sister, Mary Robbins and the father of her children, Andy Carrera.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Luther Allen officiating. Burial is to follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and family on Friday, February 2nd, 2018 at the funeral home from 6PM-9PM.
