Dicie Mullins Obituary

Ms. Dicie Marie Mullins, age 72, passed away Friday June 22nd, 2018 at her home in Mount Vernon, KY.

Dicie was born on October 17, 1945 to her mother Jerline French Dooley. She was a member of Three Links Christian Church, and loved flowers and animals.

Those left to celebrate her life are: her son, Steven Kyle Dooley of Mount Vernon, KY; Brothers: George Dooley and Barb of Mount Vernon, KY, Travis Dooley of Somerset, KY, Johnny Lee Dooley of Three Links, KY; Sisters: Lucille McHargue and Howard of Mount Vernon, KY, Carol Bryant and Rudy of Brodhead, KY, and Ruby Beam and Carver of Kewanee, IL, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides her mother and step-father: Albert Dooley, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Franklin Dooley, and a sister Mary Florence Dooley.

At Dicie’s request , no formal visitation will be held. A private family memorial will be held at a later date and her remains will be interred at what she felt to be both of her home places, the Phillips Cemetery in Three Links, KY and the Fairview Cemetery in Mullins Station.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Three Links Christian Church in Dicie’s memory in care of Bro. Jack Martin at 2637 Three Links Rd., Mt. Vernon, Ky. 40456
