Henry Wayne Richards

Henry Wayne Richards, age 66 of Orlando, passed away at 7:30AM on December 6th, 2017 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital. Henry was the son of George and Ruth Richards. Henry Wayne worked as a logger and equipment operator his entire life providing for his wife, Donna Richards, and two kids Stacy Thomason and Justin Richards. He was known to always speak his mind and stand tall for what he believed in. He was a man of many other trades and always passing his knowledge on to others. Although he was sick, he managed to always keep a smile on his face, to give hope to his loved ones that everything was going to be ok. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Henry is welcomed into the Lord’s House by his parents; his two brothers Kelly Richards & Kenneth Richards; two sisters Pauline Bowman & Evelyn Gibbons and one son Nealus Wayne Richards.

He is survived by his wife Donna Jean; daughter Stacy Thomason, son Justin Richards; son in law William Thomason and daughter in law Rebecca Richards; a brother Frank (Roberta) Richards; and a sister Jewell (Jerry) Brown. He also leaves his cherished memories in the hearts of four grandchildren, Isaac, Abbigail, Dessie and Autumn.

Funeral Services for Henry Wayne will be conducted at 12PM on Friday, December 8th, 2017 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bros. Clyde Miller & Johnny Rader officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11AM until the funeral hour.

Henry will be carried to his final resting place in Johnetta Cemetery by pallbearers William Thomason, Kevin Miller, Adam Stallsworth, Lester Steele, Nathan Carter, Stacy Faulkner and Honorary pallbearer’s Isaac Richards, Keashawnna, Kristen & Kayla Ginter.
