Mr. Lawrence “Larry” James Swartz, age 76, of Mt. Vernon, KY; passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his home.

He was born on October 14, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH; a son of the late Leo Frances and Mary Jane Swartz. He was of the Christian faith. He found great enjoyment in fishing, hunting, drag racing and motor cross racing.

Those left to celebrate his life are his children: Tina Kerr (Kevin) of Harrison, OH; Greg Swartz of Cincinnati, OH; and Kristie Mink (Stephen) of Mt. Vernon, KY; his grandchildren: Zachary Kerr, Dustin Brooks, Lonny Mink, Waylon Mink and Andrew Mink; his sister: Pat Jones (Kenny) of Georgetown, KY; his fiancé: Deborah Fish of Mt. Vernon, KY as well as a host of friends and neighbors.Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter: Angela Mary Swartz; brothers: Ronnie Swartz, Tommy Swartz and a sister: Sandra Kraft.

Graveside services for Mr. Lawrence “Larry” James Swartz will be Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Briar Field Cemetery with Bro. Bill Hammond officiating..
