Mr. Lonnie Lewis Miller, age 59 of Berea, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at his residence, surrounded by family.
He was born on May 26, 1958 in Madison County, a son of Alonzo and Mary Frances Cope Miller. He had been a carpenter; who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was of the Holiness faith. On December 25, 1975, he was united in marriage to Denise Chasteen and from that union came two children: Ronnie Lee and Bobby Joe.
Those left to celebrate his life are his wife of 41 years, Denise Miller of Berea, Ky.; his son: Ronnie (Felicia) Miller of Berea, Ky; his grandchildren: Andrew Jacob Miller, Nathan Lee Miller and Rylan Wesley Miller; his brothers: William Arthur Miller of Berea; Ronnie Dale (Ann) Miller of Berea, Ky; and Larry Kent (Lisa) Miller of Florida; his sister: Shirley Marie Tipton of Berea, Ky; As well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Bobby Joe Miller and mother-in-law: Betty Chasteen.
Graveside services for Lonnie Lewis Miller will be Thurs. June 15th, 2017 at 3PM at the Chasteen Family Cemetery with Bro. Bruce Alcorn officiating.
