Collett, Mary Alice, age 88 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Thursday Jan. 11, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ollie Collett, father and stepmother Henry R. and Anne La Fevers, mother Edna Naylor, brother Matt Austin LaFevers, stepson Rick Collett.
Mary is survived by her only daughter Melody (Dee) Hauck and spouse Kevin of Franklin, Ohio, 2 granddaughters, 3 great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter, 2 great-great-granddaughters, and a daughter-in-law Charlotte Collett of Berea, KY, a few relatives in Broadhead and Turkey Town, KY and their children.
She was a 30 year retiree of N.C.R., a lifelong member of the Ladies of the Moose Dayton 09 in Beavercreek, Ohio, and a 20 year member of the First Baptist Kettering Church.
She will be taken back home to rest and be back with her loving husband at Piney Grove Cemetery in Broadhead, KY where there will be a graveside service with family.
I wish to thank her neighbor and her close friends for always being there for her and me. I also wish to thank the staff at Carlisle Manor in Carlisle, Ohio for giving her so much attention and great care her last few months.
Services have been entrusted to Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel.
