Reva Madden Obituary

Reva L. Madden, age 82 of Mt. Vernon, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at the Rockcastle Respiratory Care Center.

She was born on September 14, 1937 in Madison Co., Ky. a daughter of the late Daniel Horn and Katherine May Stone Horn. She was of the Baptist faith, was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, who found great enjoyment in cooking, her flower garden, and her dogs, “B”, Baby and Fluffy.

Those left to celebrate her life are: her sons: Daniel Ray (Brenda) of Waco, Ky. and Anthony Ray (JoAnn) of Irvine, Ky. Her grandchildren: Daniel Ray, Jr. of Irvine, Ky; Anna (Ray) Rose of Mt. Vernon, Ky. and Amelia Ray of Richmond, Ky. Her eight great grandchildren. Her dear friend, Mary Williams. As well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, granddaughter, three brothers and a sister.

Cremation rites will be observed for Mrs. Madden. A Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
