Ms. Sandra Nycole Carter, age 40, of Richmond, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at her residence.

Sandra was born on May 31, 1979 in Richmond, KY to the late Paul Barger and Linda Brock.

Those left to celebrate her life are her children: Brianna (Ryan) Kirby of Brodhead, KY, and Hunter Graggs of Madison County, three brothers: Cody Graggs, Anthony Graggs, Dwain Graggs; two sisters: Amy Graggs, Tereasa Barger; and her mother and step-father: Kenneth and Linda Brock.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Barger.

Visitation for Sandra Nycole will be Friday, November 8, 2019 from 12:00 pm until time for the funeral service at 2:00 pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, KY. Burial will follow in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
