Shannon Christopher Vaughn, 42 of Brodhead, died Thursday, August 24th, 2017 at Rockcastle Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He was born on October 13th, 1974 to Elmer & Louise (Whitaker) Vaughn.
He was preceded in death by his father Elmer Vaughn and grandparents Ancil & Maudie Vaughn; Sam L. & Hazel Whitaker.
He left behind a daughter, Amber Lee Vaughn; 3 sons Jon and Dalton Rhodus, and Dakota Molina; his mother Louise (Whitaker) Weathers; stepfather David Weathers; one sister Kristie (Johnny) Rountree; 2 nieces Nicole and Savana Rountree; a nephew Austin Rountree; 4 grandchildren and many friends.
He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 at 11AM at Northside Baptist Church.
