Ms. Anna Katrina “Trina” Fredrick, age 56 of Brodhead, KY, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at her residence.

Trina was born May 27, 1964 in Madison County to James Robert Fredrick and the late June Ann Armstrong Phillips.

Those left to celebrate her life are her two children: William Albert Wayne Cauley and wife Jacklyn, Ella Nicole Cauley; two grandchildren: Kendra Cauley, Sarah Thomas; brothers: Wayne Fredrick, Bruce Fredrick, Timothy Wayne Phillips and wife Michelle, James Banjamin Phillips; one sister: Elna Phillips-Spradlin and husband Tristan; and her father James Robert Fredrick.

Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers: James Fredrick and Robert Phillips.

Cremation was chosen.
