Bobby Lewis Phelps

Mr. Bobby Lewis Phelps, age 45, of Livingston, passed away Friday, January 3rd, 2025, at U.K. Chandler Medical Center.

Bobby was born April 12th,1979, in Lexington, Kentucky. A son to John Lewis and Francis Carol Kirby Phelps of Livingston. He attended the Little Country Church in Mt Vernon, Ky. Bobby was Assistant Fire Chief for Livingston Fire Dept. for many years.  He enjoyed volunteer firefighting, working with his church and spending time with friends and family, especially his nieces, Alexis and Makenzi.

Those left to celebrate his life are his parents; John Lewis and Francis Carol Kirby Phelps, his brother: Jonathan David Phelps of Livingston, nieces; Alexis and Makenzi Phelps.

Visitation for Bobby will be Thursday, January 9th, from 4-8pm at Owens Chapel. Funeral service will be Friday, January 10th, at Owens Chapel, starting at 12pm with Bro. Jack Weaver and Tracy Valentine officiating. Burial will follow in Phelps cemetery.
