Bro. Gene Noe Obituary

Bro. Gene Noe, age 82, husband of Jean, of Waynesburg , KY, passed away on , January 11th, 2019 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, KY.

Gene was born in October 25, 1936 in Spiro, KY a son of the late Wilse Noe, and the late Emma Marie Brown Noe. On September 25th, 1955, Gene was united in marriage to his wife of 64 years, Shelby Jean Mosley. He was a member of Crab Orchard Baptist Church, The Rockcastle Saddle Club, Peoples Saddle club and he found great joy in family, horses, motorcycles and fishing.

Those left to celebrate his life are: his wife: Shelby Jean Mosley Noe; His children: Vickie Robinson (Frank) of Crab Orchard, KY; Donald E. Noe (Dawn) of Waynesburg, KY and Sherri M. George (Dale) of Russell Springs, KY; his grandchildren: Becky Hamm, Natosha Robinson, Frances Robinson, Angie Brown, Barbara Jean Lake, Carissa Noe and Katie Noe; seven great-grandchildren. A brother: Eddie Paul Noe (Audrey) of Brodhead, KY; a sister: Carol Ann White (Charley) of Mt. Vernon, KY; as well as a host of many friends and neighbors.

Besides his parents, Gene was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Noe.

Visitation for Bro. Gene Noe will be Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 from 6pm-9pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals. Funeral will be Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals at 1pm, with Bro. T. J. Godbey officiating. Burial will follow in the Freedom Cemetery.
