Obituary

Mrs. Christine Carroll, age 78, of Red Hill, Ky. departed this life on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on April 26, 1945, in Harlan, KY, a daughter of the late Melvin and Mossie Wynn Gibbons. Christine enjoyed Farming, Fishing and motorcycles. She was of the Baptist and Holiness faith.

Those left to celebrate her life are her two brothers, Oscar Gibbons and wife Loretta of Livingston and Clyde Gibbons of Livingston, Ky; Three sisters: Brenda Lee Thomas and Dennis of Roundstone, KY, Dorothy Scott of Indiana and Shirley Gibbons of Livingston, KY as well as host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.

Christine was preceded in death by one son Joe Collins: one infant brother William Ray Gibbons, infant sister Jeanette and sister Phyllis Jean Hensley.
