Colton Heath Ray Barnes

Colton Heath Ray Barnes, age 31 of Brodhead departed this life on Friday, January 5, 2024.

 Colton was born on September 2, 1992, in Lexington, KY, a son of Danny Ray Barnes and Christine Couch Barnes. Colton was a loving person with a genuine heart. He found great joy in hunting, fishing, dirt bikes, and hanging out with family and friends.  Colton was an employee of Enersys battery in Richmond, KY.  

Those left to celebrate Colton’s life are his very proud mother:  Christine Barnes (Terry Olinger) of Orlando, KY; brother: Danny Aaran Barnes (Hsin-Ta Andre Tsai) of Atlanta, Georgia; sister: Tiffany Rae Barnes Cooper (Brandon Overbay) of Orlando, KY; nieces and nephews: Camden, Rowan, Lauren and Kaelynn Overbay; and a host of other family members and friends.  

Visitation for Colton will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 1-2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, with funeral following at 2pm with Bro. Rick Reynolds officiating.  Cremation will follow.
