Constance Horn Obituary

Mrs. Constance Irvin Horn passed from this life August 10, 2025, at Berea Health and Rehab.

Constance was born in Richmond, KY, June 12, 1955, to the late Robert and Johnetta Lamb Irvin.

She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed Riding through the Smoky Mountains but most of all spending time with her friends at Senior Citizens Adult Health and family during holidays.

Those left to celebrate her life her sister Sue Issacs of Berea KY, Nephew Robert Issacs (Karen) of Richmond, KY Great Nephew Bo Issacs and his daughter Lillie. Niece Stacey and Russell Blanton, Nevaeh Jamie Ashton and Savannah. All her friends and staff at Rockcastle Adult Day and Berea Health and Rehab.

Constance and her family have chosen Cremation.

Services provided by Marvin E. Owens Home for funerals and cremation.
