Delmas “Dale” Harold Brummett, 82 of Brodhead, Ky. left this world after a short illness. Preceded in death by his wife Eula “Blair” Brummett who he married June 15, 1963. From this union came two daughters, Rhonda (Jimmy) Brumett of Brodhead, Ky. and Kim (Bobby) Wynn of Mt. Vernon, Ky., 6 grandkids, Brittney, Brandon, Megan, Bryan, David and Derek. 12 great grandkids. His special baby “Tootie”, who he said was a lot of company. Survived by a sister, Mary Edith Coffey of Cincinnati. Ohio. 2 sister-in-laws Janice Hall of Kite, Ky. and Phyllis Blair of Michigan, and many nieces and nephews. Dale was a confectioner (candy maker), and was well known for his incredible candies.
Preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Sallie Ann “Bishop” Brummett, 7 brothers, Denver, Francis, Dempsey, Shelby, Bernard, Doniald and Bobby. 3 sisters Myrtle Helton, Edna Middleton, and Geneva Delaney. And a son-in-law, Randall Reynolds.
