David Andrew Blevins

David Andrew Blevins, age 86, departed this life on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at Danville Center in Danville, KY. He was born on September 3rd, 1939, a son to the late Justin Elmer Blevins and Lucy Rogers Blevins.

David was an office equipment business owner, he was a member of the Worldwide Church of God and enjoyed farming, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to celebrate his life are his children: Michael Blevins of Lancaster, KY: Cindy Rogers (Rick) of Lexington, KY: Jennifer Cox (Trevor) of Lexington KY. One grandchild: Mason Cox. Brother Carl Blevins (Sharon) Whitley City, KY. Sisters Carolyn Blevins Sluss IN, Betty Blevins Sutton, OH.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings; Justin Glenn Blevins, Ina Blevins Cash, Paul Blevins, Wanda Blevins Proctor, Martha Blevins Hamm, and Bob Blevins.

Visitation for David will be Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, at Owens Chapel from 11am-1pm. Funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Danny McKibben officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
