David Michael Sowder

Mr. David Michael Sowder, age 46, of Somerset, KY, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021.

David was born October 2, 1974 at Andrews Air Force Base in Morningside, MD to Michael Jay Sowder and Cheryl (Ball) Adams. He was an aircraft armament technician in the United States Air Force, a member of Brindle Ridge Baptist Church, and a collector.

Those left to celebrate his life are his daughter:  Sierra-Dawn Sowder of Middlesboro, KY; two grandchildren:  Garrett David Sowder, Evelyn Ryan Sowder; one brother: Jay Sowder and wife Debra of Mt. Vernon, KY; one niece: Ayla Sowder; and his parents:  Michael Jay and Judy Ann Sowder of Brindle Ridge, KY.

He was preceded in death by one sister:  Shawna Thompson.

Visitation for David Michael Sowder will be Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 3:30pm until time for the funeral service at 6:30pm at Brindle Ridge Baptist Church with Bro. Ron Roberts officiating. Interment service will be Friday, March 26, 2021 at 12:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, KY.
