Debra Carol (McMillan) Debord

Mrs. Debra Carol (McMillan) Debord, age 64, wife of Mike, of Mt. Vernon, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY.

Debbie was born August 9, 1956 in Georgetown, KY to the late Benjamin Franklin McMillan, Jr. and Wanda Burton Murphy. She married Mike Debord on March 6, 1991. She was a waitress, a member of First Christian Church in Mt. Vernon, KY, and enjoyed reading.

Those left to celebrate her life are her husband:  Mike Debord; her children: Donnie (Jennifer) Hall, Jr. of Georgetown, KY, Debra Darlene Lewis of Williamstown, KY, Lavina Debord of Mt. Vernon, KY, Travis Debord of Mt. Vernon, KY, and step-son Michael (Lisa) Debord of Mableton, GA; one son-in-law:  Cromer Smith Jr.; eleven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother:  Edward McMillan of Richmond, KY; one half-brother:  Frank Murphy of Florida; one sister:  Elizabeth McMillan of Latonia, KY; and one half-sister:  Melinda Dennison of Morristown, TN; and her mother:  Wanda Burton Murphy.

She was preceded in death by her father:  Benjamin Franklin McMillan, Jr.; and her daughter:  Sabrina Smith.

A memorial service for Debra Carol Debord will be held Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1PM at the First Christian Church in Mt. Vernon with Bruce Ross and Shannon Franklin officiating.
