Diana Gale Stewart

Diana Gale Stewart, Age 59 of Mt Vernon, Ky. departed this life Sunday, October 27th, 2024, at her daughter’s home in Mt Vernon KY.

She was born on June 15th, 1965, in Berea, KY, the daughter of the late Thomas and Lonnie (Blackburn) Denney. On July 12, 1987, Diana married Allan (Tubb) Stewart, and they enjoyed 31 years together until his passing in 2019.

She loved shopping, sewing, and spending time with friends and family.

Those left to mourn her passing include her daughter: Wendy Davidson (Michael Baker) of Mt Vernon, Four

grandchildren; Carlee and Korie Davidson, Austin and Aubrey Baker, Two sisters; Sue Ann Denney (Johnnie Bond) of London, Darlene Denney (Stanley Pittman) of Mt Vernon; as well as a host of friends and family.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Allan (Tubb) Stewart, Two brothers; Rocky and James Denney, One sister: Patsy Denney.  

Visitation will be Wednesday October 30th, 2024, from 6 to 9pm at Owens Chapel. Funeral will be Thursday, October 31st, at Owens Chapel starting at 1 PM with Bro. James Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Family Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Marvin Owens Home for Funerals.
