Ellis McClure

Ellis McClure, age 72, of Cincinnatti, OH, departed this life on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at Harmony Court Rehab and Nursing Facility in Cincinnatti, OH.

He was born in Berea, KY, on August 2nd, 1952, son of the late Edward and Margaret Ward McClure. He was of the Baptist Faith, and he was a mechanic by trade. Ellis enjoyed watching racing, collecting knives, and watching westerns.

Those left to celebrate his life are his children; Jeff and Rhonda McClure, Tracy and Marty Wyatt, Johnny McClure and  Jamie and Ashley McClure, his grandchildren; J.C. and Kayla McClure, Carly and Kenny Mason, Caimen and Kaylan McClure, Jordan McClure, Taylor McClure, Alston Snow, John Anthony McClure, Josaiyah McClure, and Izabella McClure, his brother: Eddie and Carmon McClure.

Beside his parents Ellis was preceded in death by his wife: Janet Bullock McClure, one sister, Earlene Spurlin.

Visitation for Ellis will be Monday, June 9th, 2025, at Owens Chapel from 12-2pm. Funeral service will begin at 2pm. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
