George Frank Robinson

Mr. George Franklin “Frank” Robinson is now resting in the arms of Jesus.

Born July 29, 1939, died July 12, 2024, at the Rockcastle Health and Rehab. Center after a long illness.

He was a member of the Brodhead Baptist Church as well as Masonic Lodge in Eaton Ohio.

He was the son of the late William Louis Robinson and Myrtle (Parker) Robinson. Born in London, KY, he lived most of his life in Richmond, Indiana where he met his wife of 55 years, Patsy Sue Davis. After a couple years the couple moved to Eaton Ohio where he was a member of Bolivar Masonic lodge, Scottish rite as well as a Shriners of Dayton, OH where he continued to own and operate a semitruck and construction company that he started as a young man, leasing to many different companies the last being R. Matthew & Son construction Company. In 1991 he and Patsy moved to Arizona where he was employed by the Arizona school’s system most of the time was at Gilbert Arizona school District. After retiring the couple moved to Brodhead KY.

Those left to celebrate his life is his wife Patsy Sue Davis Robinson of 55 beautiful years together; 5 brothers: Doug, Roy, Ottis, Charles all of California and Gayle of Indiana; 2 sisters Barbara of California and Lisa of Arizona as well as a host of many nieces and nephews, great and great-great in California. He is also survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law George and Betty Lou York and their sons of Mt. Vernon, KY; Steve York and Scott and Frances York and 3 granddaughters Elisha York (Mathew Carter), Jessica York, and Madison York. Two great great granddaughters Payton and Preslee Carter; Great great-grandson Paxton Carter; sister – in – law Peggy Brown of Florida. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Kenny, Gary and Larry, sisters Carolyn and Brenda.

Cremation was chosen by the family with burial service to be held later in Richmond, Indiana.
