Gerilyn Mahaffey, age 71, of Orlando, KY passed away Sunday, January 25th, 2026, at Rockcastle Regional hospital.
She was born on October 20th, 1954, in Wyandotte, Michigan, to the late Oscar and Mary Hladick Stoet.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Larry Mahaffey.
Gerilyn chose cremation.
