Glenna Mae (Owens) Mink

Glenna Mae (Owens) Mink age 81 of Orlando, KY passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 at her residence.

Glenna was born June 10, 1941, in Orlando, KY to the late Charley and Annie (Laswell) Owens. She was a member of the Brush Creek Holiness Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and her grandkids. She married Elmer Mink on April 1, 1960 and enjoyed 35 years together before his passing in 1995.

Those left to celebrate her life are her children:  Kathy Owens (Danny) of Orlando, KY, Deloris Brown of Orlando, KY, Allene Laswell (Russell Kirby) of Orlando, KY, Evelyn Overbay (Kelly Cameron) of Orlando, KY, and Shirly Mink (Brian Evans) of Mt. Vernon, KY; two sisters:  Icie Poynter & George of Livingston, KY, and Wanda Hensley of Orlando, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Charley and Annie Owens; her husband:  Elmer Mink; one son: Glenn Mink; and three brothers:  Delbert Owens, Lloyd Owens, and Hubert Owens.

Visitation for Glenna Mink will be Sunday, January 22, 2023, from 6-9pm at Brush Creek Holiness Church. Funeral services will be Monday, January 23, 2023, at 12pm at Brush Creek Holiness Church with Bros. Lonnie and Chris McGuire officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnetta Cemetery.
