Mr. James William’s age 79, of Brodhead, passed away Saturday February 10th at the Rockcastle Health and Rehab in Brodhead.

James was born August 20th, 1944, in Leslie County Kentucky to the late Elijah and Emily Williams. Mr. Wiliams worked most of his life as a handyman and farm hand and enjoyed spending time in the woods and hunting Ginseng and mowing his yard.

Those left to celebrate his life are his five children: Emily Worley, Jonathan Bowling, Anna Smith, Dillis Smith and Merry Smith. Eight grandchildren David Beard, Alisha Worley, Shirley Bowling, Jordan Tuner, Jonathan Bowling Jr., Taylor Roberts, Angel Bowling, and Ashton Turner. A great- grandchild Kember Beard. Two brothers: Paul Williams and Joe Williams.

Besides his parents James was preceded in death by a grandson Charlie Bowling; four sisters: Barbara Napier, Cornia Whitehead, Rebeca Williams, and Faye Williams.

Cremation was chosen by the family with a possible memorial service to be held later.
