Jana (Barron) Robinson

Ms. Jana (Barron) Robinson, fiancé of Tim Kanatzer, age 34 of Berea, KY passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Jana was born September 16, 1986, in Somerset, KY to Larry Barron and Anita (Adams) Barron. She worked at the Rockcastle County Detention Center, was a member of the Galilee Baptist Church, loved riding on the open road, listening to music, spending time with nieces and nephews, baking, and her animals. She was to be married October 16, 2021.

Those left to celebrate her life are her fiancé: Tim Kanatzer of Berea, KY; her mother: Anita Barron and husband Jimmy of Mt. Vernon, KY; her father:  Larry Barron and wife Tabitha of Mt. Vernon, KY; two brothers:  Robbie Barron and wife Angel of Brodhead, KY, Bobby Barron and wife Tammy of Brodhead, KY; one step-brother:  Devin Means; one sister:  Angel Lowery and husband Jason of Danville, KY; two step-sisters:  Cadence Means and Crystal Corbin and husband Josh; paternal grandmother:  Margie Barron; and Maternal grandmother:  Margy Adams; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends. 

She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather:  Thurnie Barron; maternal grandfather:  Robert Adams; and two infant children.

Due to illness in the Jana's immediate family, all services are cancelled until further notice.
