Janice (Bullock) McFerron

OBITUARY NOTICE:

Mrs. Janice Rose McFerron, age 77, of Mt Vernon, KY. departed this life on Monday, June 16th, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Janice was born on May 29th, 1948, in Mt. Vernon, KY. She was the daughter of William and Ina Cromer Bullock. On March 14th, 1967, she married Paul McFerron (2023). She enjoyed all kinds of flowers, and she was always ready to take a ride or go somewhere and visit. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

Those left to celebrate her life are her son: Michael Edward McFerron of Mt. Vernon, her grandchildren; Melvin Lee Barron, Crystal Corbin, her great granddaughter; Elaina Corbin.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by husband: Paul McFerron, two children; Tina Gay Barron, Paula Jane McFerron (Infant).

Visitation service for Janice will be Thursday, June 19th, 2025, at 10am at Ottawa Cemetery with Bro. Zandell Hasty officiating.

Arrangements are entrusted to Marvin E. Owens home for funerals.
