Jerry Lee Northern

Mr. Jerry Northern age 77 of Orlando KY passed away on July 29, 2024, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon.

Jerry was born April 3, 1947, to the late Johnny Lee and Tennessee (Smith) Northern in Nicholasville KY. He was a truck driver for McCauley transportation company for over 36 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God. On April 20, 1968, he married Evonda Ball, and they enjoyed 49 years together till her passing in 2018. From that marriage came two children Stephanie and Brian.

Jerry is survived by his daughter Stephanie Northern, three sisters; Betty, Jewell, and Dorothy; four brothers, Richard, Marion, Paul and Marty. Two sisters-in-law, Rhonda Stevens and Donna Zehr, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides his parents and his wife, he is preceded in death by his son Brian Northern and two brothers Eugene and David.

Jerry and his family have chosen cremation and have entrusted services to Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
