Jim Bullock

James Andrew Bullock, “Jim” age 79 of Eubank, Ky. departed this life on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky.

He was born on April 29, 1945, in Mt. Vernon, Ky., a son of the late James “Boss” Bullock and Lillian Meece Bullock.  Jim had his own excavation company and was a Farmer.  He was of the Christian faith and found great joy in riding motorcycles, horses, spending time with family, mainly grand and great grandchildren.

On June 5, 1964, he was united in marriage to Mary Helen McClure and from that union, came a son, Andy.

Those left to celebrate his life are his wife of 60 years, Mary Helen Bullock; his son, Andy (Kelly) Bullock of Eubank, Ky.  His grandchildren: Brian (Hadley) Bullock of Science Hill, Ky; Megan (Eric) Hull of Somerset, Ky. His great grandchildren: Reagan and Riley Hull; His brother: Larry Bullock of Eubank, Ky; His sister: Pat Cameron of Mt. Vernon, Ky; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Visitation for Mr. Jim Bullock will be Sat. December 28, 2024, from 6-9PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, with Funeral services being conducted Sun. December 29, 2024, at 2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Barry Hurst officiating.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at Willailla, Ky.
