John Kelley Hoskins

OBITUARY NOTICE:

John Kelley Hoskins, age 57, departed this life on Friday, February 6th, 2026, at his residence in Brodhead.

Kelley was born on February 8th, 1969, a son to John Larkin and Ola Harris Hoskins. On July 5th, 1999, he married Donna Cloyd Hoskins, and they enjoyed 23 years together until her passing on March 28th, 2022.

Kelley was a skilled Mechanic and was retired, he enjoyed working on just about anything, he loved his cats, off roading, spending time outdoors, and especially spending time with family, friends, and neighbors.

Those left to celebrate his life are his daughter; Tamara Rochelle Wilder (Matthew) of Brodhead, his grandchildren; Lane, Eli, and Connor Wilder, his sisters; Judy Coffee of Mt Vernon, Patricia Hillard of Frankfort, Mary Mitchell of Frankfort, Dina Hopkins (Tim) of Brodhead.

Besides his parents, Kelley was preceded death by his wife; Donna Cloyd Hoskins, his sisters; Wilma Poynter, Tammy Holden, Nancy Oliver.

Visitation for Kelley will be on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, from 12-2pm at Owens Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2pm with Bro. Luther Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
