Joshua Lee Dooley

Joshua Lee Dooley, age 42 of Mt. Vernon passed away Monday, April 29, 2024.

He was born on December 16, 1981, in Richmond, Ky.  The son of the late Johnny Dooley and Betty Hayes Jasper.  Joshua was of the Christian faith, attending Three Links Christian Church.  He found great joy in the outdoors, working on cars and new phone technology. Earlier in his life he had played football and had really enjoyed it.

Those left to mourn his passing are his mother: Betty Jasper of Mt. Vernon, Ky; His son: Trenton Mullis of London, Ky. His sisters: Janie Bryant (Shawn Vanzant) of Mt. Vernon, Ky; and Julia Dooley of Mt. Vernon, Ky; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, friends and neighbors.

Besides his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Robert and Tyler Jasper.

Cremation was chosen, with a memorial service scheduled later.
