Kimberly Kay (Ferch) Bishop

Kimberly Kay (Ferch) Bishop, age 58, of Brodhead, KY, passed way Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington.

Kimberly was born December 11, 1962, in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of the late Bud Ferch and Donna Lawless Ferch. She loved shopping and going to flea markets; but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to celebrate her life are her six children: Laura Bishop & Carlos of Somerset, KY, Donna Ferch of Mt. Vernon, KY, Steffannie Bryant & Trenton of Crab Orchard, KY, Richard Bishop & Rachel and Toby Bishop & Kaci Wilmott both of Brodhead, KY, and Candice Bishop & Jeremiah Rhodus of Richmond, KY; her six grandchildren: Mikey Rhodus, Sierra Simpson, Cameron Ferch, Embrley Bishop, Maddix Bishop, and Milo Bishop; a brother: Robert Abraham; three sisters: Debra Mayle, Patricia Spiegel, and Pamela Wogoman; as well as a host of many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Matthew Ferch; a granddaughter: Chelsey Marie Adams; and siblings: Roberta Abraham and Kelly Ferch.

Services for Kimberly Kay Bishop will be Sunday, November 7, 2021, at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, beginning with the visitation from 2-4pm, followed by the funeral at 4pm, with Jason Brown officiating.
