Laura Jane Elizabeth (Tallant) Frederick

Laura Jane Elizabeth Frederick, age 82 of Paint Lick, Ky. departed this life Monday, December 30, 2024, at St. Joseph Berea Hospital.

She was born on September 10, 1942, in Mt. Vernon, Ky., a daughter of the late James Millard and Lillie Clarice Sams Tallant.  She was of the Baptist faith and found great joy in bowling, bingo, her dogs and loved owls.  She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Those left to celebrate her life are her grandchildren: Marisa Albright (Chris); Brandi Robinson, Christopher Frederick, Jamie Smith (Jason), Joshua Brewer, Sean Frederick, Kelli Bartlett and Steven Frederick.  And a host of great grandchildren; as well as nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors. Her daughters-in-law: Lydia and Tonya. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons: Anthony David and Roy Dale Frederick; her brothers: Millard Tallant, Jr.; Roy Tallant; Richard Tallant; and Wayne Tallant.

Visitation for Laura Jane Elizabeth Frederick will be Friday, January 3rd, 2024, from 12Noon-2PM with funeral services following at 2PM. Brother Tim Hampton officiating, burial will be at 1068 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Mt. Vernon, Ky.
