Mrs. Laura Lee Howard age 49 of Orlando, KY passed away Friday, December 3, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH.

Laura was born May 26, 1972, in Lexington, KY to Fred Abney and the late Laura Freda (Cameron) Abney. She was of the Baptist Faith, a Certified Nursing Assistant at Rockcastle Health and Rehabilitation, and enjoyed fishing and camping.

Those left to celebrate her life are her son: Johnathan Howard of Brodhead, KY; three brothers: Johnny Abney of Mt. Vernon, KY, Donald Abney and wife Becky of Livingston, KY, Donald Fred Abney of Mt. Vernon, KY; two sisters: Martha Morgan and husband Marty of Brodhead, KY; Sherry Fuson of Mt. Vernon, KY; and her father Fred Abney of Mt. Vernon, KY.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Laura Abney; her husband: Dennis Howard; one brother: Ronnie Abney; and one sister: Tracy Abney.

Cremation was chosen and no services are planned at this time.
