Lois Renee Burdett

Lois Renee Burdett, age 77, passed from this life on Sunday, October 12th, 2025, at her home at Green Hill, KY. She was born on March 17th, 1948, to the late Monroe and Wetona Bowman Reams. On June 22nd, 1968, Renee married Ronald Coleman Burdett and from that union came three children: Tracy, Timothy, and William.

Renee was of the Baptist denomination. She was a retired School Teacher at Roundstone Elementary. She loved camping, spending time at the lake, Gardening, cooking for family and enjoying the outdoors.

She is survived by her husband: Ronald Coleman Burdett, her children; Tracy Coleman Burdett of Green Hill, Timothy Ronald Burdett of Green Hill, William Lewis Burdett of Green Hill, her brother; Lewis Reams (Gail) of Brodhead, as well as many friends and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant brother: Glendon Reams.

Visitation for Renee will be Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, from 6-9pm at Owens Chapel. Funeral service will be Thursday, October 16th, 2025, at 1pm with Bro. Luthur Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
