Miss Lyndsey Nicole Cook, age 29, of Berea, KY, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Lyndsey was born March 11, 1991 in Somerset, KY to Angelia Cook. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed animals and writing in her journals.

Those left to celebrate her life are her mother: Angelia Cook (Jon Stewart) of London, KY; her grandmother: Lillie Cameron of Mt. Vernon, KY; and childhood friends: Ellie Bryant, Kayla DeBord, and Takina Cottrell. Lyndsey was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Larry Cook.

Cremation rites were performed. A memorial service will be planned later.
