Mrs. Mary Neville Saylor Cash, age 79 of Brodhead, KY passed away unexpectedly, Monday, May 24, 2021 at her home.
Mary Neville was born January 28, 1942 in Brodhead, KY to the late Tony and Delia Allen Saylor. She married Eddie Cash on May 27, 1967. She was a member of the Brodhead Baptist Church and had a personal relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ. She was a teacher for the Rockcastle County School System for 33 years. After retirement, she helped care for her two grandsons, as well as Mary, John L., Boone, and Mahala Saylor until they all started school. Her greatest enjoyment was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Those left to celebrate her life are her husband of 54 years: Eddie Cash; her children: Caroline (Keith) Graves and Jim Cash both of Brodhead, KY; grandchildren: Ben (Tiffany) Graves, Lige (Taylor) Graves, Haley Coleman, Colton Cash, and Sawyer Cash; great-grandchildren: Eli Graves, Owen Graves, Brooks Thigpen, and Chesney Reece Graves; one sister: Hilda Mullins of Xenia OH; four brothers-in-law: Walter (Christine) Cash, Vernon Cash, and Gordan Abney all of Brodhead, and Stanley Byerly of New Salsbury, IN; one sister-in-law: Etheleyne Cash also survives as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Juanita Stanley, Lela Byerly, Eyvonne McDaniel; brothers-in-law: Ernest Stanley, Lloyd Mullins, Robert McDaniel, Paul Ray Cash, Lloyd Cash, Jim Houston, Ed Shephard; sisters-in-law: Melberta Robbins, Preda Shepherd, Shelby Abney, and Viola Houston.
Visitation for Mary Neville Cash will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 6-9pm at Brodhead Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11am at Brodhead Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Casket bearers are Tony Saylor, Boone Saylor, Ben Graves, Lige Graves, Ronnie Lee McClure, and Colton Cash.
